scope of work


  • Collaboratively recruit/identify CHW/Rs and Promotores interested in serving as resource leads to assist and educate CHW Certification and Grandfathering in NM 

  • Collaboratively train lead CHW/Rs and Promotores to be community specialists regarding the Grandfathering and Certification process

  • Collaborating partners will have resources available through NMCHWA via written agreements  for these efforts.

  • Funding includes: 

  • travel stipends, materials and supplies, printing, train the trainer for specialists, stipends for CHWs serving as specialists
