scope of work


  • Collaboratively recruit/identify CHW/Rs and Promotores interested in serving as trainers to teach CHW Core Competencies for CHW Certification  

  • Provide CHW training offering Continuing Education Units required for Re-Certification

  • Assist CHWs eligible to become certified through Grandfathering and Certification process

  • Collaborating partners will have resources available through NMCHWA via written agreements  for these efforts.
